Experiential education is a teaching philosophy in which educators purposefully engage with learners in direct experience and focused reflection to increase knowledge, develop skills, clarify values, and develop students’s capacity to contribute to their communities.

Students who engage in experiential education at ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ graduate with strong workplace competencies, improved post-graduation employment rates, and higher starting salaries.

Through internships, co-ops, research, and other immersive experiences, students apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges. These experiences foster adaptability, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership — capabilities that drive career growth in an evolving workforce.
