Lee Armstrong joins ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ as Director of Education Abroad
Lee Armstrong has been named Director of Education Abroad at ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ.
Armstrong comes to ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ from the University of Cincinnati, where she has worked for more than two decades in education abroad programming for the Carl H. Lindner College of Business. The Lindner College of Business consistently sends the most students abroad across UC's colleges.
Developing impactful international experiences is Armstrong’s passion. “I have worked in the field of international education for 25 years and continue to adapt and innovate study abroad programming to entice college students to study abroad and experience the world,” she said.
Armstrong speaks fluent Spanish, is a qualified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and has been an adjunct instructor for Cultural Competence and Global Business Environment courses.
The ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ Director of Education Abroad provides overall institutional leadership for the administration and management of study abroad, study away, and related travel programs. The Director collaborates to coordinate critical support and direction related to study abroad and study away programs, across all institutional and academic divisions.

A graduate of ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ and an alumna of the ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ Dolibois European Center (MUDEC), Armstrong is looking forward to returning to Oxford and ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ.
Armstrong earned a bachelor’s degree from ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ and a master’s degree from the School for International Training.
