Other highlights of the projected Class of 2028 include:
- 63% of the class is from Ohio

¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ’s Welcome Weekend includes several activities before the start of fall semester classes on Aug. 26. Historically held on the Thursday before the start of fall semester, this year’s primary Move-in Day was shifted to Friday to enhance the transition experience for students and their families.
Also on Friday is Welcome Home, hosted by ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ Activities and Programming, from 7:30-11 p.m. The event spans the Oxford campus, including a roller rink in Armstrong Student Center, events at Cook Field, and a fireworks show behind Benton Hall at the end of the evening.
Other events include Saturday Under the Stars from 8:30-11 p.m. at Cook Field and the Love and Honor Convocation from 3:30-4:30 p.m. on Sunday at Millett Hall. Incoming students can celebrate the start of the academic year with a free T-shirt and by learning the ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ fight song at convocation.
A new student guidebook is also available.
