Work+ helps students earn an associate or bachelor's degree while working part-time and getting their tuition paid. Students work approximately 24 hours per week with a Work+ employer and take classes in a major of their choice.

Work+ is an innovative program that allows ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ and local employers to come together to solve real challenges for our community. The program expands the employee talent pool and reduces turnover expenses associated with entry-level positions.



Work+ featuring Worthington Industries
You learn a lot in the classroom, but you are not doing direct patient care. With my hands-on experience at Community First, I feel more confident about interacting with patients. I have those communication skills now.
