Traditional-Style Housing

Single and double rooming options with twin XL beds.
Mini fridge furnished in each room.
Air-conditioned and accessible, with well-designed common spaces and study rooms throughout.

Apartment-Style Housing

Four bedroom apartments with a full bed in each room.
Includes a living room, two full bathrooms, dinette set, unfurnished kitchen with full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Great option for conference VIPs or Team housing.

The Marcum Hotel and Conference Center

55 room hotel and conference center offers a mix of traditional and suite-style hotel rooms.
Located in a quiet corner of campus for a retreat-like setting.
Within walking distance of academic facilities and Uptown Oxford.

Our centrally air-conditioned buildings are designed with modern accessibility in mind. Enhanced security is provided by electronic locks on both exterior and bedroom doors, with additional programming for chaperones and training staff.
