Board of Trustees

¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ Board of Trustees has a vital role in assisting the university in achieving its goal to provide a first-rate education to its students. Ohio's governor appoints nine Trustees to serve as stewards of ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ's mission, resources, and reputation, along with two non-voting Student Trustees; they are joined by up to six distinguished alumni who serve as National Trustees. The board members are a governing body that works collectively and through their committee appointments to promote the university's best interests.

Office of the President

The Office of the President manages ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ's fiscal and business operations, supporting the academic and research missions across all campuses. With the Board of Trustees, the President is also responsible for setting the vision, direction, and priorities of the University, ensuring that all demonstrate a commitment to broad student accessibility and success.

Office of the Provost

The Office of the Provost establishes faculty policies and procedures, promotes the values of academic integrity, and directs the process of University Accreditation. As ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ's senior administrator of Academic Affairs, they are responsible for maintaining supervision and oversight of curricular, instructional and research affairs.
