ROSA provides a foundation for the regional student experience with Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR) and will continue to support students throughout their time at �þ�ˮ�� with student activities, student organizations, and informal mentoring opportunities.

The �þ�ˮ�� Regional Office of Student Activities and Orientation (ROSA) engages students in order to create a sense of community on the regional campuses. This objective is accomplished through student participation in planning, coordinating, and implementing a broad array of programs, services and activities that promote the quality of student life on a commuter campus. ROSA provides a foundation for the regional student experience with Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR) and will continue to support students throughout their time at �þ�ˮ�� with student activities, student organizations, and informal mentoring opportunities.
