¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ is creating an online degree in Organizational Leadership, designed to capitalize on ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ’s strength in the traditional liberal arts and to explore new delivery methods crucial to success in today’s higher education marketplace.
The online Organizational Leadership major will tap into a proven market in higher education while providing an opportunity to explore the field of online higher education, where our presence currently is limited.
The new degree program also will expand ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ’s reach by targeting non-traditional learners, including adult learners seeking career advancement, and by aggressively tapping into high-demand markets beyond the midwest.
Student success will be ensured through a mixture of coursework and experiential learning.
